Hi friends — I’m Jackie, the creator of The Enchanted Forest ✨🌿
Over the last decade, I’ve been on a deeply personal journey of learning how to calm anxiety, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect with myself. Through mindfulness, movement, breath-work, and somatic practices, I slowly began to understand what it actually means to feel safe and grounded in my body. Along the way, I’ve met incredible humans and experienced beautiful practices like sound bowl meditations and somatic yoga classes — but I couldn’t help wondering…
What if we didn’t wait until adulthood to learn these things?
The Enchanted Forest was born from that vision — a place where mindfulness isn’t just talked about, but experienced through play, movement, creativity, breath, and imagination.
A place where kids (and their families) can learn real, science-backed practices to regulate their emotions and stay rooted in who they are — even when life feels overwhelming.
Because when people are emotionally regulated, the world truly changes.
