🌿 Puck the Playful Fairy is here, and I can't wait for you to meet him! 🌿

I remember picking my youngest up from preschool years ago, and her exasperated teacher asking me, "Does she ever stop moving?"
And my honest reply: "Only when she's sleeping!"
That moment has stayed with me over the years — not because something was wrong, but because that fast-moving energy is just a part of who she is. And I've learned it's not something to shut down, but something that's asking for an outlet — and a few tools to help her feel safe, grounded, and focused when it tips into overstimulation.
Puck is a character who shows us that this big, imaginative energy is also a tremendous gift. He's the most playful fairy in the forest — always full of ideas that turn ordinary moments into something magical.
But when it's time to slow down for things that aren't as exciting, like cleaning his room, it's difficult to bring all that energy into focus.
With the help of his dad, Puck learns a simple grounding game — a playful mindfulness tool that helps him come back into his body and the present moment. From a neuroscience perspective, it's a way of shifting the brain out of overwhelm and back into regulation through attention and sensory awareness.
For Puck, it becomes a way to guide and focus his imagination — not stifle it. Leave it to Puck to find a way to turn cleaning his room into an exciting adventure!
I am so excited to announce that Puck the Playful Fairy is now available in both hardcover and paperback.

Thank you for growing this forest with me.
With love,
