Bloom's Bravery Magic

Bloom's story comes to life with calming practices that help kids understand and face fear, build courage, and find their brave light.

🍄 What's Inside Bloom's Bravery Magic 🍄

Inside each 10-15 minute video module, your child learns how to understand fear, regulate their body, and take brave steps right alongside Bloom! Each module includes a PDF activity sheet so your child can participate right alongside us. 

🧚 Module 1: The Worry Monster

Bloom has big fears that make her feel lonely, sad, and stuck.

Kids learn how fear can show up in their bodies and minds — and why it helps to externalize worries instead of holding them inside.

Together, we create our own Worry Monster to help separate “me” from “my fear.”

 

🧚 Module 2: The Magic Breath

Kids learn that the belly breath is like a magic trick — it helps fears move, softens big feelings, and sends a message to the brain that they’re safe.

We practice two calming breathing exercises to create space around fear.

🧚 Module 3: The Magic Meditation

Kids discover that thoughts can be viewed like clouds floating across the sky — separate from who they are.

This helps fears feel lighter and less overwhelming.

We do a peaceful Cloud Watcher Meditation together.

 

🧚 Module 4: The Brave Step

Being brave doesn’t always mean facing a fear all at once.

Kids learn how to break big worries into small, doable steps, so bravery feels achievable instead of scary.

We create our own Bravery Steps Path to empower action.

 

🧚 Module 5: Bloom’s Magic Flight

Kids learn that fear is energy, and energy likes to move.

We practice a fun, grounded yoga sequence to help release big feelings and connect with courage in the body.
