Service Description

In this small-group experience, older kids get space to slow down and express themselves. Each 90-minute class begins with grounding yoga and breath practices, followed by a reflective art activity tied to themes like identity, emotional regulation, or intuition. It’s a chance for tweens to unplug, explore who they are, and create from a centered place — no perfection or pressure here. Yoga to release stress and reconnect with the body Journaling or guided reflection before art-making Projects that encourage self-discovery and expression Limited to 10 participants.
