Join me (and a few of my special helpers) as we read Bloom's story and learn mindful tools to move through big fears.
*These videos are created for caregiver and child to engage in together for deeper connection and understanding. 🩷

Module 1: The Worry Monster
📘 In Bloom’s story:
We learn that Bloom has many fears that make her feel alone, sad, and stuck.
🧚 Inside this module:
• Kids learn it's totally normal to feel afraid sometimes
• Kids meet their Worry Monster and discover that naming fears makes them a little less scary.
• Kids explore how fear can show up in their mind and body.
🍄 What you’ll need:
• Crayons or markers

Module 2: The Magic Breath
📘 In Bloom’s story:
Bloom meets a special friend, Winnie, who teaches her the belly breath.
🧚 Inside this module:
• We start with the breathing ball to guide slow, calm belly breaths.
• Kids learn how belly breathing helps remind their body and mind that they're safe.
• We finish with Buddy Breathing using a stuffed animal friend.

• A stuffed animal or doll for Buddy Breathing 🧸
• A cozy pillow or blanket
🩷 Activity:
• Follow the breathing ball to guide calm, brave breaths
• Practice Buddy Breathing with your stuffed animal

A breathing ball expands and collapses to show children how to take slow, calm belly breaths.
Module 3: The Magic Meditation
📘 In Bloom’s story:
Bloom does the Cloud Watcher Meditation with Winnie — learning how to observe her thoughts like clouds floating by.
🧚 Inside this module:
• We read Bloom’s Cloud Watcher moment and talk about imagining thoughts drifting like clouds.
• Kids learn that not every thought is scary — some are silly, random, or peaceful.
• We practice the Cloud Watcher Meditation together.
🍄 What you’ll need:
• The Cloud Watcher Meditation PDF 👉 click the cloud image to open it
• A stuffed animal or doll breathing buddy (optional)
• A cozy pillow or blanket
• Optional: Breathing Ball (if they loved using it!)
🩷 Activity:
• Practice the Cloud Watcher Meditation
• Notice thoughts drifting by — without grabbing or chasing them
📖 Classroom Lesson Plan:
Module 4: The Brave Step
📘 In Bloom’s story:
We finish the book and learn that Bloom faces her fear with one brave step at a time.
🧚 Inside this module:
• We explore how Bloom breaks her big fear into simple, doable steps.
• Kids learn how to make their own “Bravery Steps” path.
• We talk about how courage grows when we take small steps — not giant leaps.
🍄 What you’ll need:
• Print 3–4 Bravery Steps PDFs 👉 click the path images to open them
• A breathing buddy (optional)
• The Breathing Ball for calm, brave breaths (optional)
🩷 Activity:
• Create your Bravery Steps path
• Break a fear into tiny, easy steps (just like Bloom!)
• Practice calm breathing as you choose your first brave step
📖 Classroom Lesson Plan:
Module 5: The Magic Flight
📘 In Bloom’s story:
We recap Bloom's story and realize that she was able to move through her fear. When she took her final leap, she moved fear through her body.
🧚 Inside this module:
• We learn Bloom’s “Magic Flight” yoga sequence.
• Kids discover how movement helps release stuck fear energy.
• We practice flowing, stretching, and breathing to feel strong and grounded.
🍄 What you’ll need:
• Comfy clothes for moving
• A yoga mat (optional)
• A little space to stretch and fly!

🩷 Activity:
• Follow the Magic Flight sequence together
• Shake out stuck energy and reconnect to your brave light
• Use the printable yoga sequence for extra practice anytime
